After the kitchen the second most important space in your home is your bathroom. A really well designed and fitted bathroom can add value to any property. Spaces under stairs can be converted into small but perfectly formed bathrooms or cloakrooms using, for example, clever systems like SANIFLO toilets, which do not need conventional sewerage plumbing thereby saving on expensive wastepipe installation. Bedrooms can be altered to accommodate en-suite bathrooms that would add extra value to your home. Or perhaps you want a more exotic bathroom and therefore require a wet room.
