The below rates give you an indication of how much it would cost to use Simply Extend to carry out the work on your property. For extensions and garage conversions simply work out the area of your project in meter squared and multiply by the rate. For loft conversions simply scroll down the various types of loft conversion choosing the one that is most similar to your proposed conversion and look at its associated cost.

Note: The below rates will give you the customer a good indication of the cost of your project if you decide to use Simply Extend. As every project is slightly different what has been included in the below rates may change. Only when a Simply Extend representative has visited your property and assessed your requirements can a truly accurate cost be given.
