By using Simply Extend, your project would be taken through a series of simple stages:

• A site survey is carried out allowing us to provide you with a free no
  obligation quote.

• If you are happy with your quote, a contract is drawn up and signed
  agreeing to complete the work for a fixed price and set time scale.

• All the planning process is managed by Simply Extend, making this as stress free   as possible for you the client. This includes producing plans, structural   calculations, dealing with building control and submitting plans under permitted   development or full planning.

• Once planning / permitted development is gained we will start the build. You will   be issued with a project programme and a weekly meeting will be arranged to   review progress with you and our team.

• Unlike many other loft conversion companies, we do not use separate
   sub-contractors, which can often mean inconsistency in viewing references or   lead to problems during builds. We have one dedicated team and an efficient   project management team set up to manage them, ensuring that your project runs   smoothly to time and budget.

• A typical extension will normally take 10 weeks to complete, after which you will   have a fabulous new space to live in!
