You can discuss options, layouts and costs with our surveyor as well as timescales should you decide to proceed with your project post purchase. If your prospective new property also offers the opportunity to convert the loft, we can also come up with a quotation and proposal for this including the kitchen extension for a fee of £300. The proposal you will receive back will be a quotation which is fully itemised, therefore allowing you peace of mind that your proposed project has been budgeted and priced for correctly and accurately.
