In addition to knowing the cost, you’ll know exactly when you have to pay. We ask for a percentage of the overall cost at major milestones of your project and you won’t have to part with the full fee up front.

It means we oversee every step of the process from design of your home extension to planning and approval; right through to the construction of the extension and aftercare. The Simply Extend team work together to take care of everything.
once you have received your quotation, if you’re happy to proceed, we’ll draw up professional plans, which cater to your exact specifications. We’ll even deal with any planning permission you might need on your behalf. If you wish to appoint your own architect and or structural engineer, we are also happy to work alongside them. It all depends on what’s best for you and your family.
