The client wanted a more contemporary property which made the best possible use of the space available. This included the roof. A sturdy, reliable roof terrace was installed which could be walked on and enjoyed externally. A set of roof skylights allowed light into the property and a bespoke designer staircase did more than provide access to the roof, it stood out as a design feature in its own right.

A spacious bathroom featured bath, sink, toilet and walk in shower, all featuring effortlessly contemporary design and colour scheme. The same themes ran through the master bedroom and kitchen/diner. A modern four poster bed and seamlessly integrated storage options make the bedroom a sparse and singular experience. The kitchen meanwhile makes the best possible use of the space available and even incorporates a small breakfast bar.
