London House Extension Case Study
Client: Naomi & Adam
Brief: Kitchen Extension project, John Penn Street, Greenwich, South East London. A side return extension combined with a rear extension to wrap around the entire back of the property to create a large kitchen, dining and seating area.
Naomi and Adam’s home was perfect for extending. Being a period property, their home had a side return alley way at the back of their property and they also had a suitably sized garden to also extend further out into the back. It was decided that a side return extension combined with a rear extension (commonly called a wrap around extension) would achieve the much extra space they desired. Once this was established and a quote drawn up, Adam and Naomi were able to visit other extensions Simply Extend had carried out to see our finish and get the reassurance they needed to progress with their build.
The finished result was fantastic, with our clients choosing an eclectic mix of furnishing and design touches as well as fantastic floor to ceiling wall of wine next to their bi-folding doors. Perfect for rolling open and enjoying a lovely summer’s evening.
