Thanks to a large garden space, John and Sarah had a lot of room to the rear of their property to extend their home. But they could only have imagined how seamlessly their rear kitchen extension could be incorporated into the property and transfer seamlessly into the garden.

With our help, the family were able to add a large new kitchen to the property in addition to an extra living area. A pair of separate bi-folding doors opened the rear of the property onto the paved garden entrance; one large new space with two rear entry points.

An all new kitchen, complete with modern appliances and gorgeous storage options was installed and a breakfast bar not only provided the family and visitors with somewhere to congregate but also served to separate the kitchen area from the rest of the open plan extension. So much additional room was provided that the family also gained another living area.

From day one, we worked closely with the client to ensure they got exactly what they needed from the build, beginning with the design phase and right through the building project too.
