South West London House Extension Case Study
Client: Richard & Emily
Brief: To build a large open plan kitchen diner extension with rectangle glazing feature allowing lots of light to enter the family space. Also we built a separate utility room and ground floor toilet.
Timescale: 14 Weeks
The kitchen is probably the most important room in the house and it’s important to get it right. The extension features a long skylight which offers lots of natural light into the space. In addition, a set of bi-folding doors were installed, which could be folded back to create a huge entrance to the garden.
The kitchen featured brand new appliances and units in a modern style with slick black kitchen tops and breakfast bar. This worked as the centrepiece of the kitchen and also worked as a separator between the functional kitchen area and the dining area.
All of the painting, decorating and flooring were completed by Simply Extend. As if that wasn’t enough, all of the plumbing and electrics were also installed by our expert team.
