Brief: Side Return Extension Highgate. Side return extension to create a larger kitchen and dining area. The project also included the installation of a utility room and ground floor toilet, and a feature wall was built into the side of the kitchen to add interest.

Niall from Highgate hired Simply Extend for his home extension in London in order to transform his kitchen and dining area, and also gain a utility room and a downstairs toilet. The extension utilised several popular features as well as some more unusual ones to create a unique, contemporary space.
As it’s single storey, this London kitchen extension makes use of skylights to draw in more natural light, as does the large bi-folding door.
