Rear Kitchen Extension Teddington, Southfield Gardens

This beautiful extension in Teddington, Richmond is a great example of a home improvement project that is practical and visually stunning. The large kitchen extension added a kitchen diner and an additional living space to the property and still left room for an open area that will be ideal when guests are invited.

In order to allow as much natural light into the property as possible, 3 skylights and a 3 panel high quality sliding door were installed. Two panels open fully creating a large open portal to the garden. Better yet, the internal flooring was installed at the same level as the exterior. This created a single continuous floor from inside to out.

While this project was large and in-depth, we successfully completed our work in just 12 weeks.

Phase one involved drawing up plans which catered to the client’s specific needs. Once these plans were finalised our building team was called in to get to the location and set to work.

With a project running longer than the average home extension we provide, it is more important than ever to ensure that the project runs smoothly and the client is always happy and confident in what is taking place. This was achieved thanks to a dedicated project manager who was on hand to answer any questions they might have and host weekly progress meetings to keep them up to dat

Once complete, the family had an all new kitchen / diner / living area which was fully decorated and ready to be enjoyed.
