When she hired Simply Extend for her home extension in London, Christine from Islington gained a brand new kitchen and a dining area, as well as a utility room and a ground floor toilet. A variety of popular home extension features were used here to create a light and airy space with a great connection to the outdoors.
This London kitchen extension is only one storey high, but includes several skylights to allow natural light to illuminate the space. A bi-folding door, meanwhile, opens on to a patio area, connecting the indoors to the outdoor area beautifully. The doors open fully to cool the room in warmer months, but are insulated against winter chills as well.
Inside, we installed a brand new contemporary kitchen with integrated appliances and a breakfast bar to neatly and stylishly divide the kitchen and dining areas. A modern dining table and chairs finished the look, along with chic armchairs positioned to take advantage of the patio view.
This Islington home extension is ideal for entertaining guests, preparing a family meal, or simply enjoying the space it provides.
