Fantastic – heartily recommend!

From start to finish Simply Extend were fantastic through all stages of our 3m kitchen diner extension. This involved knocking through an existing kitchen diner and adding a 3m extension to the rear. We particularly liked having the online dashboard to see where we were with regards to the project and the staged payments. All staff were polite, helpful and great to have around. The checking in calls to see how we were going by Marion from the office enabled us to mention anything that we were unsure about. The whole job was superb and came out within budget and on time and the quality of the work is exceptional. We are thrilled to bits with it and it now looks like it’s from a magazine. Heartily recommend.

I love my wonderful new home – thanks to Simply!!

I have just completed an extension (and general internal rejig) project with Simply and the end result is so much better than I ever hoped it would be.
At the start of the project I was apprehensive – I wasn’t sure how I would juggle work and the demands of a big house project and friends and family were warning me of the chaos and delays and rows with trades that I should certainly expect. It was indeed a messy and busy few months however the building team were all so great – always punctual and tidy (I never had to move out of the flat!) and I was also assigned an excellent project manager who very patiently dealt with my (many many!) questions and worries. Everyone turned up bang on time every morning and the project was finished pretty much when it was expected to. My doubting friends and family were also very impressed!
So my first building project was surprisingly painless and I would even consider doing it again! And most importantly I love my new home – which was been transformed thanks to Simply and the building team.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic construction of a large singe storey rear extension, major house renovation and central heating work. The simply team provided 110% customer care and after-sales help. They were a single point of contact for my project needs, all the way through planning permission, architect’s designs, construction and final touches. This is an email to pass onto you how very happy we are with the extensive building work that you have completed for us, over a period of about 5 months.

It was a big project involving a lot of structural work and this was completed professionally, diligently and seamlessly.

On all levels of the project, the team were well-coordinated, experienced and very hard working, hence the obvious quality of the finished product.

We appreciated that Simply Extend had access to other services other than the basic building work…..we ultimately used the builders also for side projects, like the wooden flooring, the kitchen, and the outside paving, again all to a high standard and of course, very convenient during the building process.

The team were easy to communicate with and gave much practical and experienced advice. They were open to discussion about possible changes of plans and to new ideas that arose during the building work.

We would highly recommend Simply Extend to anyone. They work hard, they have a high standard and they are trustworthy and respectful…..all extremely important when you’re putting something as precious as your home in their hands!!
