Brief: The client had built a Side Return Extension on Eddystone Road, Lewisham by Simply Extend. The single-storey side return extension on their mid-terrace house, not in a conservation area, created a larger kitchen and dining space as well as a pantry.

Our surveyors identified that a side return extension was the perfect fit for our client on Eddystone Road in Lewisham, London. The client opted for a kitchen island to be built into their kitchen extension.
