You dealt with problems quickly and efficiently. I must mention one occasion when we discovered that half the walls that needed demolition were solid concrete instead of brick, which meant it couldn’t be knocked down quickly but needed a specialist diamond cutter. You discussed the problem with us, booked the specialist and didn’t ask for any additional money.
